How We Handle Your Trust

Checkout is handled by Shopify, a PCI-DSS compliant commerce platform. When you click Buy Now or proceed from the cart, you are taken to Shopify's hosted checkout to enter payment details. LBB never sees or stores your full card number — Shopify and its payment processors handle that information directly.

When you place an order, Shopify collects the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you choose to share in that message.

Our cart remembers what you've added using your browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh — that information stays on your device.

Order information is used to process payment, ship your beard butter, send order confirmations, and respond to support questions. We do not sell your personal information.

Shopify sets cookies needed for checkout to work. Beyond that, this site uses only what's necessary to run the storefront — no third-party advertising trackers are added by LBB.

We rely on a small set of trusted services to run the store:

• Shopify — product catalog, cart, and checkout

You can request a copy or deletion of personal information tied to your orders by emailing us. Some records (like order receipts) may be retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
